Since 2020, I have coached more than fifty leaders across healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, and other sectors. My clients include CEOs, CXOs, functional heads, and senior managers, often working with me at important transition points in their leadership journeys. I coach with both business credibility and proven coaching frameworks.

My coaching experience spans multiple industries—Pharma, Healthcare, Foods, Commodity, Manufacturing & Engineering, Social Impact, Technology & Software, and Academic Institutions. I have worked with leaders across Indian organizations, Multinationals, and NGOs at all levels: CEO, CXO, VP, Director, Function Head, and Senior Managers. My functional expertise covers Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, IT, HR, Business Head, and Operations.

My coaching approach combines stakeholder feedback with tools such as VIA, Hogan, and EQ-i 2.0. Using Positive Psychology and proven leadership frameworks, I help leaders strengthen core skills, increase self-awareness, and translate insight into practical, measurable change.

I am also the author of Growing as a Leader: The Inner Journey, a book shaped by my experiences as both a senior leader and a coach. It offers practical reflections and real-world insights for leaders who may find it useful in their respective journeys. I am honored that this book is endorsed by Dr Marshall Goldsmith, and it features a foreword by Mr Supratim Bose. It has also received positive reviews from senior leaders and colleagues in the field.
